- Have a new pup? Dog walking will continue the process of socialization with seeing and hearing other dogs in the area as well as getting accustomed to various noises such as cars and trucks. It will continue to reinforce housebreaking. I reinforce training done by owners if asked to. Crate trained pups should never be crated for more than 3-4 hrs. at a time.
